Troops are chosen at random. Flexibility in your choices increases the probability of receiving a site.
Our troop is interested in the following time slots:
Friday, March 2: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Friday, March 2: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday, March 3: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday, March 3: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Sunday, March 4: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Sunday, March 4: 2 p.m.-6 p.m.
Monday-Thursday, March 5-March 8: 4-10 p.m.
Friday, March 9: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Friday, March 9: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday, March 10: 10 a.m.-4. p.m.
Saturday, March 10: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Sunday, March 11: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Also help to close show.)
NOTE: Troops must be prepared to be there 15 minutes early to set up. If selected, a detailed information packet will be provided. Each troop selected will receive two exhibitor passes for the troop adults; girls will be admitted at no charge but must wear their vests or sashes. Cookies are provided by the council and troops provide their own change.
Many customers don’t carry cash these days and rely on their debit/credit cards. Troops have reported an increase in sales when they accepted debit/credit cards at booth sales. It’s a great way to increase your sales while at the booth sale!
GSWPA encourages troops to explore using a swipe device to accept credit cards at booth sales. Please note: GSWPA does NOT reimburse swipe fees. Accepting credit cards and paying all fees associated is a troop decision.
IMPORTANT NEWS FOR TROOPS WITH SPARK PAY ACCOUNTS:
Spark Pay will cease business on January 31, 2018. If your troop previously had a Spark Pay account, your account and credit card swiper will no longer be valid.
